Biologi Skincare Review

After travelling the world for three and a half months with very minimal skincare, and six different climates; coming home to Biologi was like a breath of fresh air (for my skin and my nose- this stuff smells amazing!)

As you probably know by now from my myriad of skincare posts; if it's serum, it's alright with me! So yes, you have guessed it... their range are serums! And not only do they have face serums, but they have body and eye serums! What?!

All the packaging is practical and pleasing to the eye, with each product package being perfectly sized for the amount of product needed.

- The body serum (Hydration) is clear, resembling a coconut oil (which I’m obsessed with) and contains only one ingredient- Finger Lime; application is smooth. The consistency is that of a mixture between and oil and water. The product is smooth on the skin and very hydrating. After application, my skin feels hydrated and the feeling lasts for about an hour, with the after feel of soft skin. The scent is very minimal and does not cause irritation.

-Face serum (Luminosity) has a red-brown colour to it, yet still being clear. This one highly resembles the scent and colour of Manuka honey to me. On the face it is hydrating and smooth. It leaves a slight tackiness for a few minutes after application, but this goes away soon after. This product contains only one ingredient- Davidson Plum. No irritation occurred.

-Eye serum (Rejuvenation) has the same scent, colour, texture and consistency as the face serum. The product contains only one ingredient- Kakadu Plum; and is gentle on the eyes, not causing any irritation.

Overall, very pleased with the product range and the fact that they are a 100% plant based and organic brand with no fragrance or preservatives; just pure plant extract.
